Due to feedback from both delegates and trade exhibitors this not-to-be-missed industry networking function has been extended by half an hour and will now commence at 5.30pm.
All registered conference delegates are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, which provides a valuable opportunity to network with colleagues in a relaxed environment whilst previewing the Trade Exhibition before it officially opens the following morning.
Drinks and canapés will be served.

GALA CONFERENCE DINNER
Exhibition Halls 2&3, GCCEC
A highlight of the conference social program, the APP2009 Gala Dinner presents another excellent opportunity to network with fellow delegates in a fun and relaxed social setting. Dinner guests will enjoy great food, wine and entertainment.
In 2009 our headlining act will be iconic Australian rock band, the Hoodoo Gurus. For two and a half decades the Hoodoo Gurus have consistently been one of the country’s most inventive, lyrically smart and exciting rock’n’roll bands. The band has also experienced international fame and in June 2008 played at the world famous Glastonbury Festival in the UK. With a span of hits including ‘My Girl’, ‘Like Wow Wipeout’, ‘What’s My Scene’, ‘Come Anytime’ and ‘Miss Freelove ‘69’, the APP dance floor is sure to be overflowing!
Following the success of this year’s sold out event the 2009 Gala Dinner will return to the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, however delegates are encouraged to book early to ensure they secure a seat at this popular event.
Gala Dinner table placements will be finalised on 23 March 2009, however delegates can still book for the dinner after this date (if tickets are still available). If you do not otherwise indicate, a seat will be allocated to you at the dinner.
